Professor Elisam Magara is a scholar at the College of Computing and Information Sciences (CoCIS), Makerere University, specializing in Records and Archives Management. He holds a PhD from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and has authored books and research that bridge academic writing, oral history, and the ministry of the Word.
